Your visualizer has a malware alert. Would like to use it. Do you have a DVD I can purchase?

    • Hi Frank, unfortunately we do not have this service available on DVD. We are checking in on the Malware alert for the Visualizer.

      • Hi Frank, after an investigation, we’ve determined that the Belgard Visualizer is clean. We believe the Malware alert is simply an alert on your personal computer letting you know that it cannot identify the program and therefore it is giving you a warning there may potentially be a Malware issue. The Visualizer program is safe to use. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
